Pricing
...it depends on the details of the project you have in mind.
Pricing can range anywhere from $300-$3,000 depending on the creative process and number of deliverables needed.
Variables that can affect the final cost of the photoshoot:
- studio versus location shoot (shooting outdoors which may require travel time as well as a permit to do a photoshoot there, or you may want to rent an Airbnb that fits your brand's aesthetic for a lifestyle shoot)
- Hiring a model, product only photos, or both
- The complexity of the styling and props necessary to accomplish the shots (the more complex the styling the longer the photoshoot takes)
Other things to consider:
- The materials your products are made of (reflective products require a more complex lighting setup that takes extra time to put together as well as longer editing time in post-production)

Production time! Set-up/styling the products and taking the photos.

Delivery! High-resolution JPEG images will be sent via an online photo gallery, where the client can download their images directly onto their device.

A GLIMPSE BEHIND THE SCENES
PRE-PRODUCTION
Planning the photoshoot which includes creating a mood board, making a shot list, prop & background sourcing, model search, location scouting, lighting/studio set-up, possible assistant hire (depending on the shoot needs).

Lighting/studio set-up, model directing, taking the photos!
HOURS SPENT HEAVILY DEPEND ON THE DETAILS OF THE SHOOT
POST-PRODUCTION
Using Adobe CameraRaw and Photoshop for editing & advanced retouching. Final photos will be delivered as high-resolution images on a personal online gallery.

Payment
When the contract has been signed, a 50% deposit fee must be made in order to lock in your shoot date/time.
The final payment must be paid prior to gallery delivery.
Creative Brief
The intake form must be completed at least 14-30 days (depending on the complexity of the project) prior to shoot day to allow time for planning. A delay in completing the intake form will delay the time in which we can do the photoshoot.
Product Return
If you would like for your products to be returned, please include return postage or let me know how you would prefer for your product to be shipped back (fees may apply).
Turnaround Time
Depending on the project, it usually takes 2-3 weeks.
If you have an urgent deadline you need the photos by, please let me know and we will try our best to accommodate!
Travel Fees
Travel fees may be added to the overall cost, if the location is farther than 30 minutes from the office. This will be applied to the estimate sent to you before signing the contract.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the work, no refunds will be issued. This is why it is very important that you fill out the intake form in as much detail as possible, so that we can create the desired images for your brand!
However, you may request a reshoot given a valid explanation.
